Ara Bags

As a brief overview, my rattan bags come directly from Bali Indonesia. There are many designs and sizes you can choose from aside from the so-called “rattan-roundie-bag” and that they come in different colors. These bags are hand woven made by artisans from a reed called Ata or Ati and are all “smoked” over coconut husks as a component of the drying out process which also leaves the bag with natural smoked scent (kaya wag po magtaka kung amoy usok yung bag nyo hehe!) and also to achieve its natural color. Each Rattan Bali Bag is individually handmade made, lined with regular batik print, a genuine leather strap along with a unique hand woven pattern. Because the bags are handcrafted, each may vary a little in size and as well as in details, thus no two bags will be exactly alike. So if you’re not heading to Bali anytime soon, let me bring these lovely bags with you. :)
