The De La Salle Dasmariñas Alumni Association, is a non-stock, non profit organization formed and operated in the public interest to undertake, primarily, educational and secondarily, charitable, social, civic and other similar programs with the end in view of fulfilling the ideals of the De La Salle University System in accordance with the articles of incorporation, by-laws and rules thereof, any

amendment hereto. The association relies mainly on donations, gifts, bequests or contributions from its members to operate. Presently, the main source of fund of the association is the alumni fee paid by the graduates. The association is also empowered to acquire, own, develop, operate, exchange, sell or lease personal or real properties and to invest, re-invest and expand both the principal fund and its interest income for the purposes of the association.
