There’s something special about resting in a place you earned through hard work and consistency. This trip is more than a reward— it’s more of my celebration of growth, resilience, and every challenge that turned into progress.

This also reminds me that dedication truly pays off, and that taking time to recharge is just as important as the hustle. I am so blessed to experience this well-deserved pause, the beautiful views, the set of new wonderful persons that I’ve met, and the journey that made this moment possible.

Slowing down and soaking in the peace of this moment. This earned trip is one of the best gift and experience as a new financial advisor that I won’t be taking for granted and has let me appreciate more of everything that hard work has opened the door to.

If you’ll tell me that I’d earn a travel incentive in my first two months as a rookie financial advisor, I couldn’t even imagine and would’ve laughed. But here I am— going to one of the prestigious place to stay and relax, living a moment that once felt out of reach. This trip symbolizes more than success. It represents growth, risks taken, and comfort zones left behind.

From rookie to rewarded. This travel incentive is the first of many goals I plan to hit, and feeling this sense of accomplishment only makes me hungrier for more. It also feels surreal to see hard work turn into opportunities like this. Third time and still feels just as rewarding. This career is all about discipline, resilience, and showing up even when it feels tough. I will continue to celebrate this win, then getting right back to the grind.

It is also a proof that effort, preparation, and passion always find their way into the results. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and even more driven for what’s still ahead. This rookie title may stick for now, but the mindset is long-term.
