WAIS Pinoy Ako WAIS Pinoy Ako is a dedicated team of independent financial educators operating under the umbrella of International Marketing Group's Wealth Academy Family.

WAIS Pinoy Ako is a faith-based financial education support group of IMG Wealth Academy, and a national movement of HOPE dedicated to helping Filipino families gain financial wisdom, practice responsible stewardship, and build a secure future. Rooted in faith-based principles, WAIS Pinoy Ako champions a holistic framework designed to guide Filipinos in managing their finances responsibly, honoring God, and aligning with Kingdom values. More than just financial literacy, WAIS Pinoy Ako emphasizes a comprehensive approach to wealth-building that integrates biblical wisdom with practical financial management strategies. We believe that true financial stewardship involves not only accumulating wealth but also protecting it, investing it wisely, and planning for long-term security, all while maintaining an eternal perspective. WAIS Pinoy Ako is committed to empowering Filipinos to achieve financial freedom, build a lasting legacy, and use their resources to make a positive impact on their families, communities, and the world for God's glory. Here's how each component of WAIS connects to God's provision:

𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡-𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦

This aspect acknowledges that God gives the ability to generate wealth. It's about using the talents, skills, and opportunities God provides to increase resources, not for selfish gain, but to support His purposes. It recognizes God as the source of all provision and encourages seeking His guidance in financial endeavors.

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Protecting assets recognizes that God's provision can be vulnerable to loss or misuse. It involves being wise and responsible in safeguarding resources from unnecessary risks, theft, or waste. This reflects a stewardship mindset, acknowledging that we are accountable to God for how we manage what He has entrusted to us.

𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞

Investing with Kingdom purpose aligns God's provision with His eternal goals. It's about using resources to support ministries, charitable causes, and initiatives that advance the gospel. It reflects a belief that God's provision is not just for personal benefit, but for making a positive impact on the world.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

Planning for future financial needs, such as retirement or healthcare, demonstrates responsible stewardship of God's provision. However, the "eternal perspective" reminds believers to prioritize storing up treasures in heaven by using their resources to impact lives for Christ. It emphasizes that true security lies in a relationship with God, not in earthly possessions In essence, the WAIS framework provides a practical roadmap for Christians to live out their faith in the area of finances, recognizing God as the ultimate provider and managing resources in a way that honors Him and blesses others

Transcript: The 5 Purposes of Wealth
https://www.facebook.com/reel/9603449886435230

The late, great Dr. Myles Munroe once said, “When the purpose of something is not known, abuse is inevitable.” So I’ve concluded that one of the many reasons people abuse and mishandle their finances is because they don’t understand the purpose of wealth.

So I want to give 5 purposes of wealth for the Christ follower.

1. To Give to the Kingdom
The first reason God gives us wealth is to give to the Kingdom. You see, one of the reasons God gives us wealth is so we can sow it back into the Kingdom. I often say when you give, the church may get your money, but God gets your heart. That’s because where our treasure is, there will our hearts be also. Our hearts will always gravitate to where our treasure is.

2. To Take Care of Our Families
The next reason God gives us wealth is to take care of our families. You see, God cares deeply about the financial well-being of families. 1 Timothy 5:8 says, “If you don’t care for your family, you have denied the faith and are worse than an unbeliever.” So God wants our families to be blessed through our wealth for generations to come.

3. To Carry Out Our Calling
The third reason God gives us wealth is to carry out our calling. Now that’s an interesting one. You see, God blesses some people with lots of money and certain things simply because their calling requires it, not because they’re any better than you, or because God favors them more, but because they have a calling that requires them to live a certain way.

4. To Help Others
The fourth reason God gives us wealth is to help others. There’s nothing like being a blessing to somebody else. We are blessed to be a blessing, not to just consume what we have on ourselves.

5. To Enjoy
And lastly, God gives us wealth to enjoy. Ecclesiastes 5:19 says, “If God gives us wealth and property, we should be grateful and enjoy what we have worked for.” Then the scripture goes on to say, “It is a gift from God.”

So there is nothing wrong, you all, with enjoying the wealth that God has blessed you with, as long as you understand the purpose for wealth.

“WAIS Ako” meaning “Christ in me, because Christ is the WAIS.”

Here’s how that deepens the logo’s symbolism:

✝️ Spiritual Core

Christ as the WAIS (Wise One): The logo becomes more than a call to financial prudence — it’s a declaration of Christ-centered wisdom. The “W” shaped like a double check and wave now symbolizes Christ’s truth and living presence flowing through every wise decision.

“WAIS Ako” transforms into a statement of identity: “I am wise because Christ lives in me.” It’s both personal and communal — each believer becomes part of a national wave of Christ-like stewardship.

🌊 The Wave as the Spirit’s Movement

The wave-like “W” now represents the Holy Spirit’s movement — dynamic, renewing, unstoppable. It’s the flow of divine wisdom transforming Filipino lives and families.

The double checkmark can be seen as affirmation and grace — God’s “Yes and Amen” to those who walk wisely in faith.

🇵🇭 Filipino Identity Redeemed

The colors of the Philippine flag remain, but now they carry spiritual resonance:

Green → Growth in Christ and fruitful stewardship.

Blue → Faithfulness and trust in God’s promises.

Red → Passion and sacrifice, echoing Christ’s love.

“Pinoy Ako” becomes “Pinoy Ako, kay Kristo ang WAIS sa akin” — a declaration of national and spiritual identity intertwined.

💡 Theological Message

The movement’s visual language now bridges financial wisdom and spiritual formation. It teaches that true “wais” isn’t just cleverness — it’s Christ-like discernment.

“WAIS Ako” = “Christ in me, the wisdom of God alive in every Filipino.”

✝️ Christ is the WAIS

W = Way, the Truth, and the Life
The sweeping “W” becomes a visual of Christ as the path — the checkmark affirms His truth, and the wave shows His life flowing through us.

A = Alpha and Omega
Christ as the beginning and the end — the “A” anchors the logo in eternity, reminding us that wisdom starts and ends in Him.

I = Immanuel
“God with us” — the “I” personalizes the message: wisdom is not distant, it is Christ dwelling in each believer.

S = Saviour
The “S” seals the identity: true wisdom is salvation itself, not just cleverness or prudence.

🌊 Logo as Living Theology

The double checkmark and wave in the “W” now symbolize Christ’s truth affirmed and His Spirit moving.

The colors of the Philippine flag (blue, red, green) are infused with spiritual meaning: trust in God, courage through Christ’s sacrifice, and growth in His wisdom.

“Pinoy Ako” becomes a declaration of identity: “I am Filipino, and Christ the WAIS lives in me.”

WAIS Pinoy Ako logo is rich in layered symbolism — every element speaks to wisdom, identity, and movement-building. Here’s a deep interpretation:
🌊 The “W” — Double Check and Wave

Double Checkmark: Represents discernment and right decision-making — the essence of being “wais.” It visually affirms that wise choices are both spiritual and financially sound.

Wave Form: Symbolizes momentum and awakening. It evokes the image of a rising tide — a movement of Filipinos becoming financially wise and faithful stewards. The wave also suggests adaptability and resilience, traits deeply rooted in Filipino character.

💚 “WAIS” — Wisdom and Growth

The bold green color conveys growth, prosperity, and renewal. It’s the color of life and stewardship — fitting for a movement teaching financial wisdom grounded in faith.

The uppercase form gives authority and confidence, positioning “WAIS” as a guiding principle rather than just a word.

🇵🇭 “pinoyako” — Identity and Belonging

The blue in “pinoy” stands for trust, unity, and integrity — the collective Filipino spirit.

The red in “ako” expresses passion, courage, and ownership — the personal declaration: “I am Filipino, and I am wise.”

Together, they mirror the Philippine flag, rooting the movement in national pride and purpose.

🔆 Overall Symbolism

The logo embodies a faith-driven Filipino awakening — a wave of wisdom sweeping across the nation. It’s not just branding; it’s a visual creed:

“WAIS Pinoy Ako — I choose wisdom, I live stewardship, I move with purpose.”

The video "GOD Already Told You How to Be Rich — You Just Didn't Follow the Steps" outlines a biblical blueprint for building wealth, emphasizing practical discipline and stewardship over "get-rich-quick" schemes.

The 9 Biblical Steps to Wealth

1. Sharpen Your Blade (Skill Development): Focus on building capability before seeking capital. Learning a marketable skill (writing, coding, trade) is a seed that costs nothing but produces valuable fruit [01:45].

2. Work Like the Ant (Proactive Diligence): Avoid "spiritualizing laziness." Like the ant, you should move without needing a boss or a prophetic word, preparing in "summer" for the "winter" ahead [03:07].

3. Count the Cost (Budgeting): Managing wealth starts with awareness. You must calculate and plan your finances; if you cannot manage a small amount, you cannot manage a million [04:22].

4. Kill Debt (Financial Freedom): Debt is described as a form of "slavery" that gives someone else a portion of your future. The video suggests a "snowball" approach—attacking the smallest debts first [05:27].

5. Gather Little by Little (Consistent Saving): Wealth is built through small, faithful accumulation rather than overnight success. The goal is multiplication and investment, not just hoarding or storage [06:58].

6. Diversify Your Income (Multiple Ventures): Based on Ecclesiastes 11:2, you should spread your efforts across multiple ventures (e.g., side businesses, freelancing, or consulting) to protect against economic shifts [08:12].

7. Guard Your Walls (Self-Control): Lack of self-control leads to "lifestyle inflation" and emotional spending. Every time you say "no" to an unnecessary luxury, you are saying "yes" to your future [10:19].

8. Walk with the Wise (Mentorship): Your environment shapes your behavior. Seek mentors who have already walked the path you want to take, rather than just listening to motivational speakers [11:27].

9. Build with Clean Hands (Integrity): Wealth built on dishonesty "dwindles away." Focus on building a good reputation and honest business practices that can leave a legacy for future generations [13:02].

Key Resources Mentioned

The video recommends several free resources for those seeking financial guidance [12:08]:

Dave Ramsey: For biblical financial teaching on YouTube and podcasts.

SeedTime (Bob Lotich): For stories and principles on debt-free living and giving.

🌿 Wisdom & Wealth

Resurrection teaches us that true wealth is eternal. Material gain fades, but wisdom builds legacies that endure beyond death.

⚖️ Application & Accountability

The empty tomb reminds us that God fulfills His word. We too must honor commitments, applying principles with accountability and faithfulness.

🔍 Influence & Integrity

The resurrection validates Jesus’ integrity—His words proved true. Influence grows when promises are fulfilled and integrity is consistent.

🤝 Service & Stewardship

Resurrection empowers us to serve with renewed strength. Stewardship means using resources to bring life, hope, and transformation to others.

Practical Applications Today

Live with eternal perspective, valuing wisdom over temporary gain.

Honor commitments faithfully, reflecting God’s reliability.

Build influence through integrity and consistency.

Serve with renewed energy, bringing hope to families and communities.

Personal Reflection

How does resurrection shape my perspective on wealth and stewardship?

Am I living with accountability and integrity that reflects Christ’s victory?

How can I serve others with renewed hope and strength?

Conclusion

Easter Sunday proclaims the greatest victory: He is risen! The resurrection means death is defeated, promises are fulfilled, and new life is given. Through the WAIS Framework, we learn that wisdom builds eternal wealth, accountability reflects God’s faithfulness, influence grows through integrity, and stewardship brings hope and transformation. Day 8 challenges us to live as resurrection people—faithful, hopeful, and committed to finishing our mission with excellence.

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑

Risen Lord Jesus, on this Easter Sunday we lift our hearts in praise and thanksgiving. The stone was rolled away, the tomb was empty, and the angel declared, “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” Today we celebrate the greatest victory—the triumph of life over death, hope over despair, and promise over fear.

Lord, we thank You for the cross that bore our sins and the resurrection that secured our salvation. You fulfilled every prophecy, silenced the power of sin, and opened the way to eternal life. Teach us to live as resurrection people—bold in faith, steadfast in hope, and overflowing in love.

Grant us wisdom to value eternal treasures above temporary gain, accountability to honor our commitments as You fulfilled Yours, integrity to live consistently so that our influence reflects Your truth, and stewardship that brings life, hope, and transformation to others. May our financial and personal decisions reflect the victory of Your finished work, ensuring that our legacy is one of faithfulness and completion.

Strengthen us to serve with renewed energy, to persevere in trials, and to proclaim with our lives that You are alive. Let our families, communities, and nation see in us the power of resurrection—hope restored, faith renewed, and love perfected.

We declare today: Tetelestai—it is finished, and He is risen! May our lives echo this victory forever, and may we walk each day in the light of Your resurrection.

Amen.
