The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) informs all corporations and other concerned stakeholders that the transitional use of the 2020 General Information Sheet (GIS) Form, which includes the Beneficial Ownership Declaration (BOD) Page, is extended until 31 July 2026.

During the extension period, corporations may continue to file their GIS and BOD Page through eFAST using the 2020 GIS Form without being redirected to the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (HARBOR).

This extension is intended to facilitate a smooth transition to HARBOR while the Commission continues to address technical issues affecting the filing process.

maraming nakakaramdam nito.

gumigising araw-araw.
Nagtatrabaho.
Kumikita.
Nagbabayad.

Pagod ka na…
pero tuloy pa rin.

Tapos may mga pagkakataon
na may makikita ka.

May natatanggap na tulong.
May nakikinabang sa system.

At mapapaisip ka:
“Pantay ba talaga?”

Kung ganito yung nasa isip mo…
naiintindihan kita.

Kasi hindi mo naman hinihingi yung sobra.

Gusto mo lang maramdaman
na may saysay yung effort mo.

Na may balik.

Pero eto yung mahalagang makita natin.

Ang system…

Hindi mo kontrol kung sino ang nakakatanggap.

Pero may control ka sa sarili mong galaw.

Lalo na sa kung paano mo pinoprotektahan
yung kinikita mo.

Kasi kapag may mali sa proseso…
ikaw din ang unang maaapektuhan.

Penalty.
Delay.
Dagdag gastos.

At yun ang mas direktang tumatama sayo.

Kaya habang may mga bagay na hindi malinaw sa paligid…
siguraduhin mong malinaw ang side mo.

Para kahit hindi pantay ang pakiramdam…
hindi ka nadadagdagan ng problema.

EC TAXPH Reminder:

• Magkaiba ang basehan ng tax at benepisyo.
• Mas mabigat ang penalty kapag may mali sa proseso.
• Clarity ang susi para maprotektahan ang kita.

📣 𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲

The Securities and Exchange Commission has adopted the 2026 Rules of Procedure through Memorandum Circular No. 8, series of 2026.

The updated Rules align SEC processes with recent laws, including the Securities Regulation Code, Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines, Financing Company Act of 1998, Lending Company Regulation Act of 2007, and Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act, while streamlining procedures to ensure the just, prompt, and efficient resolution of cases before the Commission.
