We are Hiring : Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in accounts payable processing, is comfortable working with ERP systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
• Verify, review, and record invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile supplier statements
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist in process improvements and documentation
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of work experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
• ERP system familiarity or hands-on experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and time-management skills
