Happy Birthday, Atty. Nolito M. Quilang!

For Serbisyong Tinapa, your leadership has always carried the same character that made Tinapa a symbol of service: simple, accessible, dependable, and always within reach of the people. You have shown that leadership is not measured by how far you stand from the people, but by how close you are willing to be to them; by being present, listening to their concerns, and turning ideas into actions that create real and lasting change.

On your birthday, Serbisyong Tinapa celebrates the person and the leader behind this advocacy. May you continue to be blessed with good health, strength, and wisdom as you carry forward the work and ideals you have always stood for.

Here’s to more years of standing with the people, working for progress, and keeping the spirit of Serbisyong Tinapa alive.
