Name of guests and contacts and arrival details are requested.
A guarantee deposit of at least fifty P500.00 per room based on the total no of rooms/persons reserved is required to guarantee such reservation.
Full payment should be made upon guest’s arrivals or check in.
No Security Deposit, No Reservation.

• GUEST MUST KEEP THE ROOM, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND OTHER SHARED ROOMS CLEAN AND TIDY.
• GUEST MUST RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THEIR OWN ITEMS SECURE. THE OWNER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST ITEMS.
• SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.
