I’m learning to trust what I feel before I can explain it.
Sometimes we wait for enough evidence before allowing ourselves to acknowledge that something doesn’t feel right. We analyze, rationalize, ask for opinions, and try to make our feelings make sense.
But sometimes, the first step toward clarity is simply listening.
You don’t have to immediately know what you’re going to do about it. You don’t have to have the perfect explanation. You can simply notice: Something feels different. Something feels off. Something needs my attention.
Self-trust doesn’t mean believing every thought or acting on every emotion. It means becoming curious about what you’re feeling instead of automatically dismissing it.
A question for your next chapter: What have you been feeling that you’ve been trying to explain away?
If you’re navigating a life transition, career change, personal crossroads, or simply feeling unsure about what comes next, I invite you to book a Discovery Call with me. Let’s create space to explore where you are, what you’re sensing, and what your next chapter could look like—with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Sometimes, clarity begins when we finally listen to ourselves.
