How do we place an order?

How much is the shipping fee?

Where do you ship from?
- The products will be shipped from Quezon City, Metro Manila
Do you offer meet-ups?
- Due to COVID-19 and for everyone’s safety, we do not hold meet-ups. However, you can choose to pick-up your item at PETA theater or Robinson’s Magnolia. Do you accept pre-orders?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. P300 downpayment is required to reserve an item (per piece)
2. For in-transit items, reservations will only be held for 7 days. Settlement of balance or scheduling of shipment must be done within this time-frame
3. For on-hand items, reservations will only be held for 3 days. Settlement of balance or scheduling of shipment must be done within this time-frame
4. Proof of payment must be sent. You will be informed once your payment is received. The item will be shipped the following day
5. All transactions that are not completed within the allotted timeframe will be considered a cancellation of order
6. All down payments are non-refundable in cases of cancellation
7. No return, No exchange
