Personal Accident Insurance Coverage of up to ₱20,000*
This coverage includes:
Loss of life due to an accident
Accidental injuries causing permanent disability
Accidental injuries resulting in being permanently bedridden
PRIMA members aged 0 to 99** at the time of enrollment
*For PRIMA prepaid healthcare cards activated from January 15 to June 14, 2026: coverage is up to ₱10,000 for members aged 0 to 69 years old only.

After your purchase, you need to activate your PRIMA Consult+ eCard with the Reference Code before you can avail the benefits.
The membership registration period is up to three (3) months from the date of purchase.
