We are needing a full-time contractual Bookkeeper to join our open project on a work-from-home set up for 3 months.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Client communication experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities:
1. Invoicing and billing of rent payments (AP/AR )process using Xero Accounting software.
2. Bank Reconciliation
3.Prepare and maintain financial records.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of any Business and Accounting related courses
2. Knowledge in Xero Accounting software is required
3.Proactive and can work under pressure
4. Client communication experience (a plus!)
5. Must have their own computer, internet, and noise-free work environment.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri. Fix weekend off.
