OPC o Sole Proprietorship?

Pareho silang legal na paraan para magsimula ng negosyo, pero may mahahalagang pagkakaiba.

🔹 Sole Proprietorship
• Isang owner
• Mas simple at mas mababa ang registration cost
• Personal na pananagutan ng owner ang utang at obligasyon ng negosyo

🔹 One Person Corporation (OPC)
• Isang stockholder lang din ang kailangan
• May hiwalay na legal personality ang negosyo
• Mas may proteksyon sa personal assets ng owner
• May karagdagang compliance requirements kumpara sa sole proprietorship

Alin ang mas bagay?

Depende sa iyong business goals, risk exposure, at long-term plans.
