Creating art again after more than 30 years feels both exciting and vulnerable at the same time. I started painting again in 2022, and this dreamy watercolor is my project from online course. It’s not perfect, but I’m learning to start anyway, trust the process, and slowly find my own voice again through art. I’m also deeply inspired by the artists I help through my design business. Seeing them continue to create encourages me to keep creating too.🩷

Sometimes life makes you question if the dream is still possible.
But if God placed it in your heart, there is still purpose in it.

This is your reminder to believe again.
To pray again.
To create again.
To take one small step forward again.

Your story is not finished.
It’s not over until God says it’s over. ✨

Beautiful artist websites are quietly losing collectors, students, and buyers every single day.

Not because the art is bad.

Because visitors don’t know what to do next.

Most creative websites accidentally overwhelm people with:
• too many links
• too many offers
• no clear starting point
• no email capture
• no guided path

And when people get confused…
they leave.

A simple funnel changes that.

Instead of sending visitors everywhere, it guides them step-by-step:
“Start here.”
“Join this.”
“See this.”
“Book this.”

The goal isn’t just a pretty page anymore.

It’s creating a clear experience that turns interest into action.

The artists growing online right now are not always the most talented.

They’re the easiest to understand.

If you’re an artist, art coach, or creative entrepreneur, ask yourself:

When someone lands on your page for the first time…
do they instantly know where to begin?

Comment “FUNNEL” and I’ll share one simple thing you can improve on your page today.

Most artist bio pages unintentionally lose interested visitors.

People click around, get distracted, then leave without taking action.

So instead of creating another “links page,” I redesigned this into a simple guided artist bio funnel.

What changed:
• Added a clear “Start Here” path
• Prioritized a free watercolor guide first
• Added email capture to build an audience outside social media
• Organized workshops, art shop, and story into a cleaner flow
• Created a calmer, more intentional visitor experience

The goal isn’t just to make it prettier.

It’s to help watercolor artists:
• turn profile visitors into subscribers
• guide people toward workshops and offers
• build connection beyond Instagram

Small changes in structure can completely change how people move through a page.

Before → scattered links
After → guided experience

This is the kind of thoughtful funnel setup I love creating for artists and creative educators.

🐾 Please help Drako walk again 🐾

Hi everyone, I’m sharing this with a hopeful heart.

Drako is a 5-year-old dog who was recently diagnosed with IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease). Just a few weeks ago, he loved running, going to the park, and enjoying life. Now, he can barely move and spends his days lying down. (GoFundMe)

His only chance to walk again is urgent spinal surgery, but the cost is more than his owner can afford right now. They’ve already started a fundraiser, but they still need help to reach the goal.

Every small amount can make a difference. If you’re not able to donate, simply sharing this could help Drako get the treatment he needs.

Let’s come together and give this sweet dog a second chance to run, play, and live without pain.

🙏 Donate or share here:

Thank you so much for your kindness and support ❤️

Your audience isn’t small — your messaging is quiet.
Sometimes it’s not the size of your audience — it’s the volume of your message.
Quiet messaging sounds like:
• “I help everyone”
• “Join my class” (but no clear transformation)
• Soft outcomes no one can visualize
Turn the volume up by being specific:
Tell people exactly what they’ll be able to do because of your teaching.
Specificity sells. Quiet messaging blends in.

Let me be a little personal for a moment.

I’ve always loved painting—watercolor, acrylic, and oils. But for a long time, it stayed in the background because work was the priority.

Recently, I was following a tutorial by Dimitra Milan, and it reminded me how much I truly enjoy creating.

Now, I’m choosing to make space for art again. Not everything is clear yet, but I’m starting. I’m showing up.

Just taking it one step at a time. Let’s see where this goes. 😊

What is a Funnel (and Why Every Creative Needs One)
A funnel is like a gentle path that guides your audience —
from discovering you → trusting you → working with you.
It’s not just a set of pages — it’s how people connect with your story, your art, and your offers.
Here’s why creatives need one 👇
1. It builds connection.
People get to know you and what you do — naturally, without the pressure.
2. It saves time.
Your funnel keeps working for you, even while you’re creating or resting.
3. It turns curiosity into clients.
A smooth flow helps visitors take the next step with ease.
A good funnel feels like you — calm, clear, and aligned.

What Makes a Funnel Different from a Website?
A website is built to inform.
A funnel is built to convert.
Your website helps people learn about you.
Your funnel helps them take action.
Think of it like this:
Your website is an art gallery.
Your funnel is a guided tour that leads to a sale.
When you use both — you build connection and results.
Which one are you focusing on right now?

Before you create another post… make sure your funnel isn’t leaking leads.
Most art coaches unknowingly lose potential students because of:
No lead magnet
No nurture sequence
A confusing landing page.
These small gaps can cost you visibility and sales.
