Part I – Income Tax Ordinance
1. Minor corrections in the reference to amendment have been
made.

2. On pages 627 onwards, Circular No. 04 of 2017 dated
September 06, 2017 has been reproduced. This is re:
Finance Act 2017- Explanation of important amendments
made in the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

Part II – Income Tax Rules
3. On pages 144.5 onwards, new Return Forms Part II-J & II-K
have been added in the 2nd Schedule to the Income Tax
Rules, 2002 by SRO 819(I)/2017 dated August 17, 2017.
These are for Individual & AOP.

Part II - Provincial S. Tax:
1. On page 112AM, Sindh Sales Tax on Services Rules, 2011
has been amended by SRB-3-4/26/2017 dated August
03, 2017. This is re. Rule 42E(5).

2, On page 115, Sindh Sales Tax on Services Rules, 2011 has
been amended by SRB3-4/26/2017 dated August 03, 2017.
This amends Form SST-03.

Part III — Notifications
3, On page 11, SRO 57(I)/2016 dated January 29, 2016 has
been amended by SRO 713(1)/2017 dated July 31, 2017,
SRO 757(I)/2017, dated August 05, 2017 & SRO 867 (I)/2017,
dated August 31, 2017, respectively. These are re. Sales Tax
on import and supply of petroleum goods.

4, On page 20B, SRO 1125(I)/2011 dated December 31, 2017
has been amended by SRO 868(I)/2017 dated August 31,
2017. This is re: Zero-rating for import and supply of various
products.

Part VIII - General Orders
