کراچی: متحدہ عرب امارات کے شہر فجیرا سے دو جہاز تقریباً 10 سے 12 کروڑ لیٹر تیل لے کر کراچی پہنچ گئے۔

پاک نیوی کے حفاظتی حصار میں یہ جہاز محفوظ طریقے سے کراچی منتقل کیے گئے۔ پی این ایس سی حکام کے مطابق، فجیرا سے روانہ ہونے والے دونوں جہازوں کی منتقلی کے دوران حفاظتی اقدامات انتہائی مؤثر ثابت ہوئے۔

فجیرا میں حالیہ حملوں کے بعد، جہازوں کی محفوظ منتقلی کے لیے یہ حفاظتی انتظامات ضروری تھے۔

وزیر میری ٹائم جنید انور نے کہا کہ جہازوں کی محفوظ منتقلی پر وہ پاک نیوی کے شکر گزار ہیں اور ان کی کارکردگی قابل تعریف ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید بتایا کہ وزارت خارجہ سے ایران کے ساتھ رابطہ کیا گیا ہے تاکہ خلیج فارس میں پھنسے ہوئے دو دیگر جہازوں کو نکالنے میں مدد حاصل کی جا سکے۔

روسی میڈیا نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ آبنائے ہرمز میں جاری کشیدگی کے باوجود روس پاکستان کو خام تیل کی فراہمی جاری رکھے گا۔

روسی میڈیا کے مطابق گلوبل انرجی امور کے ماہر ڈاکٹر ممودہ سلامے کا کہنا ہے کہ تقریباً 7 لاکھ 33 ہزار بیرل روسی خام تیل جلد پورٹ قاسم بندرگاہ پہنچنے کی توقع ہے۔

رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ پاکستان طویل عرصے سے تیل کی ضروریات کے لیے سعودی عرب اور متحدہ عرب امارات پر انحصار کرتا رہا ہے، تاہم ماضی میں پاکستان روس سے خام تیل کی خریداری بھی کرچکا ہے۔

مزید بتایا گیا ہے کہ پاکستان بزنس کونسل کے مطابق عالمی سطح پر تیل کی قیمتوں میں ہر 10 فیصد اضافے سے پاکستان کے کرنٹ اکاؤنٹ خسارے میں تقریباً ڈیڑھ سے دو ارب ڈالر کا اضافہ ہوسکتا ہے۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق اگر عالمی منڈی میں تیل کی قیمت 100 ڈالر فی بیرل تک پہنچ جاتی ہے تو پاکستان کا سالانہ خسارہ 5 سے 7 ارب ڈالر تک بڑھنے کا خدشہ ہے۔

MCB Bank Reports Strong Annual Results with Cash Dividend
MCB Bank Limited has posted impressive financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The bank reported a net profit after tax of Rs. 58.77 billion, showing a healthy growth compared to the previous year.

 Profit for the year: Rs. 58.77 billion, up from Rs. 63.47 billion in 2024, showing a
marginal decrease but still robust performance.
 The bank achieved a basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 49.29, down
slightly from Rs. 53.35 in 2024.
 Cash dividend announced: Rs. 9 per share for shareholders.

The increase in non-markup income, especially in fee & commission income and foreign
exchange, contributed positively to the bottom line. Additionally, the operating expenses remained under control despite rising costs.

سابق وفاقی وزیر گوہر اعجاز نے صنعتوں کے لیے بجلی سستی کرنے کے وزیراعظم کے اعلان کو خوش آئند قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ملکی صنعتیں اس فیصلے کا خیرمقدم کرتی ہیں۔
