Today in a major development cm Releif for Pakistan’s Tax along Real Estate sector, the Federal Constitutional Court has declared Section 7E of the Income Tax Ordinance Null n Void, striking down a controversial tax provision imposed on 'Deemed Income' for immovable properties.

Taxpayers who have received notices, paid tax, facing the proceedings or Case-specific Advice, Refund strategy, Appeals & Related Query, May Call for it.
