سوال:
ارسلان صاحب! لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ ٹیکس ریٹرن فائل کرنے سے نوٹس آجاتا ہے، آڈٹ لگ جاتا ہے اور مسئلے کھڑے ہو جاتے ہیں۔
کیا واقعی ریٹرن فائل کرنا خطرناک ہے؟
جواب:
یہ ایک بہت عام مگر غلط فہمی پر مبنی بات ہے۔
حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ریٹرن فائل نہ کرنا اصل خطرہ ہے، ریٹرن فائل کرنا نہیں۔
جب آپ ریٹرن فائل نہیں کرتے تو:
– بینک ودہولڈنگ زیادہ کٹتی ہے
– پراپرٹی اور گاڑی پر اضافی ٹیکس لگتا ہے
– مستقبل میں نوٹس اور جرمانے کے امکانات بڑھ جاتے ہیں
اگر آپ درست آمدن، مکمل بینک اسٹیٹمنٹ اور قانون کے مطابق ریٹرن فائل کریں تو:
– نوٹس کا کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ہوتا
– آڈٹ کا خطرہ کم سے کم ہو جاتا ہے
– آپ قانونی طور پر محفوظ رہتے ہیں
لہٰذا ڈر کی بنیاد پر ریٹرن چھوڑنا حل نہیں۔
حل یہ ہے کہ ریٹرن صحیح طریقے سے فائل کروائیں، کسی ماہر سے۔

📢 FBR Circular Alert – Important for Industrial Users

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (FBR) نے صنعتی کنکشنز پر NTN / STRN کی تبدیلی کا نیا طریقہ کار جاری کر دیا ہے — Sales Tax Circular No. 03 of 2025 کے تحت۔

اب بجلی (DISCOs) اور گیس کمپنیز (GASCOs) خود سے کسی بھی صنعتی کنکشن پر NTN یا STRN تبدیل نہیں کر سکتیں۔
یہ تبدیلی صرف کمشنر ان لینڈ ریونیو (Commissioner-IR) کی منظوری سے ممکن ہوگی۔

🔹 صنعتی صارف کو اب تبدیلی کے لیے FBR کو باضابطہ درخواست دینی ہوگی۔
🔹 کمشنر-IR تمام تفصیلات کی جانچ کرے گا اور ضرورت پڑنے پر فزیکل ویریفکیشن بھی کر سکتا ہے۔
🔹 DISCO یا GASCO صرف FBR کی منظوری ملنے کے بعد ہی تبدیلی کرے گی۔

یہ نیا طریقہ کار ٹیکس شفافیت بڑھانے اور جعلی این ٹی اینز کے استعمال کو روکنے کے لیے متعارف کرایا گیا ہے۔

📢 FBR Notification Alert – Video Analytics Monitoring in Textile Sector

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued S.R.O. 1963(I)/2025, dated 15th October 2025, announcing that:

🧵 Textile spinning units (registered persons) will now be electronically monitored through video analytics under the Sales Tax Rules, 2006 (Rule 150ZQR).

🔹 Purpose: To enhance production visibility and curb under-reporting.
🔹 Effective Date: 1st November 2025
🔹 Monitoring Mode: Video surveillance & analytics of production processes.

This move marks another step toward digital enforcement and transparency in Pakistan’s textile sector.
