آرڈیننس کا خلاصہ

1. انکم ٹیکس آرڈیننس 2001 میں ترامیم:

سیکشن 138 (ٹیکس کی وصولی):

ایک نئی شق 3A شامل کی گئی ہے۔

اگر کسی معاملے پر ہائی کورٹ یا سپریم کورٹ نے فیصلہ دے دیا ہے، تو اس پر ٹیکس فوری طور پر واجب الادا ہو جائے گا، چاہے کسی اور قانون، عدالت یا وقت کی پابندی کچھ بھی ہو۔

سیکشن 140 (بینک سے وصولی):

نئی شق 6A شامل کی گئی۔

اگر ہائی کورٹ یا سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ موجود ہو، تو ایف بی آر بینک سے فوری طور پر اکاؤنٹ منجمد کر کے رقم وصول کر سکتا ہے، کسی نوٹس کے انتظار یا قانونی کارروائی کے بغیر۔

نیا سیکشن 175C (افسر کی تعیناتی):

ایف بی آر یا چیف کمشنر اب کسی بھی کاروباری جگہ پر اپنا افسر تعینات کر سکتا ہے تاکہ وہ پیداوار، سروسز، اور اسٹاک کی نگرانی کر سکے۔

2. فیڈرل ایکسائز ایکٹ 2005 میں ترامیم:

سیکشن 26 اور 27 میں ترمیم:

اگر کوئی جعلی اسٹیمپ، بارکوڈ، یا لیبل استعمال کرے، تو یہ اب ایک مجرمانہ عمل تصور کیا جائے گا۔

ایف بی آر اب دیگر وفاقی یا صوبائی افسران کو بھی اختیار دے سکتا ہے کہ وہ چیکنگ، ضبطی اور معائنہ جیسے اختیارات استعمال کریں۔

یہ آرڈیننس فوری طور پر نافذ العمل ہے (2 مئی 2025 سے) اور اسے پارلیمنٹ سے منظوری لینے کی ضرورت نہیں (آئین کے آرٹیکل 89 کے تحت)۔
