Update: TSA for Less Complex Entities (LCE)
On December 11, 2025, the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP) issued the TSA for Less Complex Entities (LCE), effective for accounting periods beginning on or after December 15, 2025.

1. TSA for LCE is an optional standard, applicable only to qualifying less complex entities.
2. Auditors must carefully assess entity complexity before applying it.
3. No hybrid approach is allowed—auditors must choose either the full TSAs or TSA for LCE.

อัปเดตมาตรฐานการสอบบัญชีสำหรับกิจการที่มีความซับซ้อนน้อย (TSA for LCE)

เมื่อวันที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2568 สภาวิชาชีพบัญชีได้ออกประกาศ มาตรฐานการสอบบัญชีสำหรับกิจการที่มีความซับซ้อนน้อย (TSA for LCE) ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้สำหรับ รอบบัญชีที่เริ่มในหรือหลังวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2568

1. เป็น มาตรฐานทางเลือก ใช้ได้เฉพาะ กิจการที่เข้าเงื่อนไข
2. ผู้สอบบัญชีต้อง พิจารณาความซับซ้อนของกิจการอย่างรอบคอบ ก่อนเลือกใช้
3. ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกัน ระหว่างมาตรฐานการสอบบัญชีเดิม (TSAs) และ TSA for LCE

Effective from January 1, 2026, individuals registering as bookkeepers will be required to pass an examination through the Electronic Bookkeeper System on the Department of Business Development (DBD) website ([www.dbd.go.th](http://www.dbd.go.th/)), or pass an examination in accordance with the criteria prescribed by the Department of Business Development.

ตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป ผู้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้จัดทำบัญชี จะต้องผ่านการทดสอบ ทางระบบงานผู้ทำบัญชีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่เว็บไซต์กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า (www.dbd.go.th) หรือ ผ่านการทดสอบตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้ากำหนด

Effective from January 1, 2026, donations made to temples, foundations, associations, funds, and other organizations that are eligible for tax deductions must be processed exclusively through the Revenue Department’s electronic donation system (e-Donation) in order for donors to claim tax deduction benefits.

เริ่ม 1 มกราคม 2569 เมื่อบริจาคเงินแก่วัด มูลนิธิ สมาคม กองทุน และองค์การต่างๆ ซึ่งผู้บริจาคได้รับสิทธิลดหย่อนภาษี ต้องใช้ระบบบริจาคอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Donation) ของกรมสรรพากรเท่านั้น
