Today is Red Dress Day, honoring Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people.
The Red Dress represents those who are missing and the voices that were taken too soon.
If you’d like to participate, you can hang a red dress outside your home, on a porch, tree, or window as a visible reminder that they are not forgotten.
This day brings awareness to a crisis that is too overlooked, and to the need for accountability, support, and justice for the families still seeking answers.
Remembering matters. Visibility matters. They matter.
