🎉 Exciting news from Tea Olive Capital!

We are thrilled to share that the International Business Times has published our Founder and CEO Gil Allensworth's latest op-ed: "AI Will Not Replace Financial Advisors. It Will Expose What Never Should Have Been Scaled."

What an honor! The editors reached out after his previous piece on AI in finance resonated so strongly with readers. They invited Gil to dive deeper into how artificial intelligence is reshaping our industry — and why the human connection will always be at the heart of great financial advice.

At Tea Olive Capital, we know clients come first — always. While big firms chase efficiency with more automation and scale, we're doubling down on what truly matters: personal relationships, thoughtful conversations, and tailored guidance that helps you navigate life’s biggest moments.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about portfolios — it’s about people. And we’re proud to keep it that way!

If the experience of financial advice is reduced to standardized outputs, model portfolios, and automated recommendations, then the value proposition becomes difficult to distinguish.

Excited to share a recent article featuring our CEO and Founder, Gil Allensworth, discussing the evolving role of technology in wealth management.

"AI is already influencing how financial firms operate," notes Gil. "It enhances efficiency and analytical capacity, but it does not replace the judgment developed through experience or the personalized guidance that comes from understanding each client's unique circumstances, goals, and life context."

At Tea Olive Capital, we believe technology is a powerful tool that supports — but does not supplant — the human relationships and thoughtful interpretation essential to effective financial planning.

Within many institutions, the integration of AI has coincided with a more standardized approach to advice. Models become more uniform, recommendations more generalized, and client engagement more system-driven.

Goldman Sachs shared this with me this morning. Do you ever "feel" things are worse than they actually are? If you do, you're not alone. When you hear "Consumer Sentiment" mentioned in the news they are discussing emotions, not facts.

Today the Senate confirmed Kevin Warsh as Chair of The Federal Reserve. Just 10 months ago Warsh gave this interview on his views of The Federal Reserve to The Hoover Institution located on the grounds of Stanford University. The interview is an hour long and and bit technical, but if wish to know what the new Chair truly thinks about the role of the Federal Reserve, not media spin, I highly suggest watching.
