As many high-income earners noticed that state taxes deduction is now limited to $10,000, and entire taxes paid is no longer deductible on the federal level since the major tax reform in the 2017 tax cut and jobs act.
As of 2022 - 29 states have enacted PTE tax deductions as a workaround. Under this regime, the PTE pays its owners' state taxes and takes a deduction equal to the tax paid.

Make sure to take advantage of this deduction.

The 2023 IRS mileage rates are:

1. 65.5 cents per mile for business purposes
2. 22 cents per mile for medical and moving purposes
3. 14 cents per mile for charitable purposes - this remained unchanged.
