1️⃣ Family video chat will be next Sunday 8/25/24⏹️ this meeting will be for everyone who is interested in participating, I repeat, it is not mandatory and I will not be playing keep 🆙 , if you don’t have zoom or Google meet chat (both are free to download and free to use), please download one or the other (we recommend Google meet). For those who have trouble with either, I urge you to contact the IT support team for either platform first, however, I’m a phone call away should you still need help. Please don’t text me a paragraph, when it most likely can be solved over the phone in 5 mins or less. Each platform works with both iPhone and android, if there is anyone that is still in the dinosaur 🦕 era and lacks a smartphone; there will be a digital version available via text message shortly after the chat ends. We recommend providing an email to recover the recording for you to review at a later time. Terms used often will be member( adult age 25+ single ) little duck (all children or dependents under the age of 21) and family unit (anyone of ages 0-99 that live in the same household and are dependent upon 1-2 sole providers)-Ex. If you are a family unit ( provider 1 and provider 2 will share the responsibility of their unit when it comes to paying dues, taxes, and fees. This means if you have a family unit and you also have members who can pay for themselves ,can but don’t have to, the optional choice is given to the head of house hold) to be clear that means I’ll be sending a request to your family’s head of house which will billed to account for anyone in the unit that is marked as “going” or “interested “ Ex. Auntie pat, uncle tye, and muzzette family unit would receive one initial deposit request for the unit, if muzzette decides she doesn’t want to participate later, her portion of the deposit will be credited to her parents balance, however if she decides she wants to continue and participate, her family representative (head) will need to have the conversation about payment arrangements and option with each other. I will only be receiving payment from one deemed member of a unit or members individually. Aka if you’re not sending the money then talk with the People in your family unit about your options to pay as one unit or as individual members. There will be no refunds* until the end of the event. *If you have credits on the books from anything you put in. You will also have the option to put your overage back into the pot as an early deposit for the following reunion. Now, during the meet next week, we will not be taking questions as they come until the end. There’s a lot of material that we need to cover and it will go a whole lot quicker if everyone just listened on mute 🔇 until given the floor for questions. After each section there will be a 10min gap for bathroom and questions about what was just covered in the prior section ONLY, wait until the end for recap questions.
