The body, according to Scripture, is not meant to be a tool for attention, but a vessel for honoring God. “You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). For me, that means choosing discipline and modesty, even in environments where attention is easy to chase and exposure is celebrated.
God has never been impressed by outward appearance. “Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7). I don’t believe taking clothes off for attention and serving Jesus belong in the same lane. Christ’s example wasn’t about drawing eyes to Himself; it was about faithfulness, restraint, and humility. I can train hard, live disciplined, and keep my convictions intact….not because strength requires it, but because following Jesus does. ❤️
