I obtained an undergraduate degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Taxation degree from the University of Cincinnati. Did you know that the US Treasury’s FinCEN department is now requiring businesses to file an initial BOI Report? Let us help!

BOI stands for Beneficial Ownership Information and is a new requirement for most all business entities. The deadline for filing this report varies on your business entity date of formation. See below for deadlines that could affect you.

-A business entity with a formation date of 2023 or prior must have their report filed before 1/1/2025.
-A business entity with a formation date of 2024 has 90 days from the date of formation to have their report filed.

Hi! I'm Codi, and I am the owner of Elmore Accounting & Consulting. I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and then went on to obtain my Masters of Tax from the University of Cincinnati.

I have over 10 years of experience in accounting and tax, and have had the pleasure of working with some of the best consultants in the business. Through their knowledge, experience, and encouragement I have chosen to start Elmore Accounting & Consulting for all of your personal and small business needs.
