Revenue: All the money guests pay for your rentals. (Including cleaning and pet fees!)
Expenses: Costs associated with running your rental (cleaning, supplies, repairs, etc.)
Payout: What lands in your account after deductions for Airbnb fees, and taxes collected for Airbnb to remit

Don't forget - those Airbnb commissions are deductible expenses too!
