We have cut off our 2026 tax season on April 7th due to heavy workload and not able to accept anymore tax returns . If we missed a chance to serve you this year, hope to see you next tax season!

Thông báo: các doanh nghiệp không cần khai báo thông tin chủ nhân doanh nghiệp trước ngày 1/1/2025 nữa và tạm thời trì hoãn lại.
Trí Khai Thuế chân thành cảm ơn sự nhiệt tình ủng hộ và tin tưởng văn phòng chúng tôi trong suốt 24 năm qua.
Regarding BOIR filing rulings:
The U.S. District Court granted a Nationwide Injunction Suspension of CTA & its BOI Reporting rule deadline by 1/1/2025
It is a relief of the burden for you as business owners and for us a busy tax professional.
At least it temporary halts the enforcement of filing deadline 1/1/2025 so we need not to comply with the BOI filing requirements at this time.
Suggestion: Keep in mind this year when you file your business tax, get in done while you there to cover the BOI filing requirement so you don’t forget or have to come back to your tax professional again.

April 15 Tax deadline is approaching soon and we will cut off acceptance of new returns after Sunday April 7. please have all your tax documents ready to file and if you can’t meet the deadline, we can help with an extension and complete your taxes at a late time. It is such a blessing for our office that works never ends and continue piling up heavily.
Thank you the community for your endless trust and support. We continue to improve to serve better each year. Hopefully we can help you next year if we missed you.
