This is what Unrealized Capital gains are:

Your parents purchased a home 40 years ago for $50,000 and it is now paid off. Your parents are living a comfortable life rent free on a fixed income in their home. However, their home is now appraised at $500,000 which is $450,000 capital gain. Kamala now wants the 89,000 IRS agents to assess your homes value and give you a bill for the capital gain of 25 percent even though your parents are not selling it. This comes to $112,000. Now your parents will either have to take out a loan to pay the capital gain or sell the house. Right now, in the Chicago area there are a few corporations buying up multiple unit apartment buildings and the rents have in a lot of cases doubled. So more than likely your parents would have to sell the house and find one to rent, you then would lose your inheritance that your parents have worked most of their life for. Big corporations donate money to the politicians and make them richer and they more than likely will write laws to exempt them from the tax. This is Marxism Kamala’s father wrote the book on it and he is a professor who has been teaching it for at least 40 years. This is just one example. Remember Kamals HAS STATED THAT HER VALUES AND CONVICTIONS HAVE NOT CHANGED. SHE IS FOR NO GAS VEHICLES, NO GAS STOVES, NO PRIVATE OWNERSHIP OF GUNS, SHE HAS STATED THAT EVERYONE STARTS OUT DIFFERENT BUT SHOULD END WITH THE SAME, SO SHE WOULD TAX THOSE WHO HAVE AND GIVE TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOTHING. SO HARD WORKERS WOULD BE TAXED TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK HAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU HAVE – THESE ARE HER WORDS!
