Today, we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

But let’s be real—MLK was hated during his time, surveilled by the FBI, and ultimately assassinated for daring to speak truth to power. Yet, here we are decades later, quoting him while often ignoring the hard truths he stood for.

If we truly want to honor his legacy, it can’t just be about reposting quotes or attending events. It’s about striving for integrity, justice, and action in how we live, lead, and do business. Let’s not let MLK Day be performative—let’s make it transformative.
