won't be ordering from rufino's...$5 delivery charge if they walk around the corner. menu just delivered printed the delivery charge for 0-5 miles. going to the restaurant and not the delivery person. do any restaurants pay their delivery people for gas, which is a tax deductible expense for them but not necessarily for the delivery person? another way for a business to take advantage (financially) of someone they hire, probably as a 1099 vendor. this takes advantage in a whole new low.
