As an independent Full-Charge Bookkeeping/Accounting business, I bring over 35 years of experience to the table. For businesses that pay out mileage to their employees as of July 1st it is now .76 cents per mile for personal vehicle usage. That also counts if you're a small business owner tracking your own mileage instead of actual vehicle costs for year end taxes.

When a business needs help with their books, but doesn't know where to turn. They need to find someone that's not just a robot and enter transactions and move on. Find someone that will ask questions and make sure everything is flowing so when tax time comes your CPA or tax preparer has clean information. I am finding that some people go get QuickBooks ProAdvisor status and think they can be bookkeepers, sad some of the messes I have seen.
