We’re searching for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping others. This role is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service and wants to be part of a professional, client-focused team.

Preferred qualifications include:
*Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
*Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems

Today, we’re celebrating Alice Hoover and 16 wonderful years as part of the Compass Financial Group family!

After 16 years, Alice has certainly earned the right to retire. In fact, she tried! But thankfully for us, retirement didn’t completely stick.

Alice continues to be an important part of our team on a part-time basis, and when we need an extra hand or have a gap to fill, she is always willing to step in and help. That kind of dependability, flexibility, and dedication means more to us than she probably realizes.

Over the years, Alice has given so much to our team and to the clients we serve. We are incredibly grateful that even in this chapter of her career, we still get to benefit from her experience, her willingness to help, and simply having her around.

Happy 16th anniversary, Alice! Thank you for all the years you’ve given us and for continuing to show up when we need you most. Compass Financial Group just wouldn’t be the same without you. ❤️

Today, we’re honored to celebrate Mark Powers and an incredible 46 years as a financial advisor.

Forty-six years is more than a career milestone. It represents decades of conversations, relationships, trust, and the privilege of helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions.

Through changing markets, changing times, and different seasons of life, one thing has remained constant: Mark’s genuine love for what he does and the people he has the opportunity to serve.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of helping clients plan for their futures, work toward important goals, prepare for retirement, and navigate life’s unexpected turns. Even more meaningful are the relationships and friendships that have grown along the way.
