Hog River Construction is hiring two Documentation Administrators to support recovery efforts after Typhoon Halong in Kwigillingok, Alaska and Nightmute, Alaska.

🔧 About the Job:
You’ll play a key role in documenting and tracking all repairs for assigned homes and facilities affected by Typhoon Halong.

Your responsibilities will include:
📸 Taking before, during, and after photos of damage and repairs
🧱 Recording materials and equipment used
👷 Tracking labor hours and costs per project
🗂️ Keeping detailed records for disaster relief reimbursement

You’ll work closely with field crews, contractors, and management to ensure accurate documentation for reporting and funding.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong organization and attention to detail

Experience in documentation, construction/disaster recovery (preferred but not required)

Comfortable working in remote Alaska communities

Proficient with computers, Excel, and photo documentation
