Big News!

Dylan has officially passed his insurance licensing exam and is now a licensed agent with Groves Insurance Group!
We’re incredibly proud of the dedication and effort he put in to reach this milestone. Dylan’s drive and commitment make him a fantastic addition to our team, and we know he’ll do great things for our clients.

This week part of the GIG Team is in Clearwater sharpening our skills, leveling up, and making sure we’re bringing our clients the absolute best.

Trevor and Jeff have been diving deep into training sessions, strategy, and collaboration all focused on improving systems, service, and results. When we invest in learning, our clients win.

We also had the chance to connect with great partners along the way. It's always valuable to share insights and strengthen relationships that help us serve you better.

Grateful for moments like this!

We just wrapped up an incredible trip to Laguna Beach, where we had the opportunity to spend time with some truly inspiring people including our mentor Johnny Gottstein, Founder and President of GPIS, and Tim Cooper from Brokers International.
Huge congratulations to Jeff on earning Producer of the Year and to Kayla on achieving multi–million dollar producer status. Both accomplishments are so well deserved and a proud moment for our entire team.
We’re always thankful for a few days each year dedicated to learning, growing, sharing ideas, and surrounding ourselves with people who challenge us to be better. Feeling inspired and excited for what’s ahead.

The Groves Insurance Group team CRUSHED it this year — and last week, we celebrated in the most magical way possible!
We took the crew on the Path to the Castle — a well-deserved trip to Disneyland to honor all the hustle, dedication, and big wins from the past year. From hitting goals to going above and beyond for our clients, this team made it happen!
It was a week full of churros, roller coasters, and nonstop Disney magic. Way to go, Team Groves!
