UPDATE:

Due to a recent illness, I was unable to work on taxes for the past 5 days after contracting the flu from my children. I have resumed working on taxes and have sent out approximately 8 signature requests via the app. Please continue checking the app for updates. Thank you for your patience.

I am currently working on the remaining 56 of 228 tax returns submitted prior to February 2nd.

App submissions received on/after February 3rd will begin being accepted starting tomorrow....there's about 30 of yall! I see you!

All returns are processed in the order received to ensure accuracy and fairness.

📢 Quick Reminder for Overtime (OT):

Some employers do not report overtime (OT) separately on the W-2. If you worked overtime in 2025, please upload your FINAL / last paycheck stub for 2025 (showing YTD totals) with your tax documents.

This helps ensure your income is reported accurately and nothing is missed.

POWER OUTAGE INTERRUPTION:

Hi everyone,

Quick update: while working on a tax return a few mins ago, our power went out due to a tree falling on the power line from the snow. The power company has been notified.

Once I’m able to secure lodging for the night, I’ll resume working on tax returns remotely using my laptop. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this brief interruption.

For new clients, please ensure the following documents are uploaded into your tax app accounts prior to submitting the account.

1. Dependent's Social Security Card(s)
2. Dependent's Birth Certificate(s)
3. Dependent's 1098-T College Tuition Form (Only if the dependent did not work and you are claiming them).
