I’ve learned something different about planning.

After years of running a business and working with other small business owners, I’ve seen that the plans that actually stick don’t start with pushing harder. They start with capacity. And mindset.

Years ago, while traveling in Greece, I heard something that stayed with me: “I work to live, not live to work.”

Gratitude has a quiet way of reshaping how we work.
