Most people don't think about estate planning until they've seen what happens without one. If something brought you here today, that feeling is right — and being here now is the step that matters most. Comment below and let's build the right plan for your family. 👇

Moved to a new state recently? Your will, power of attorney, or health directive may not fully hold up there — and you won't know which parts failed until it's too late. Comment below and our team will make sure everything is valid where you live now. 👇

Leaving your kids an IRA? The SECURE Act gives them just 10 years to withdraw it all — taxed as income, during their highest-earning years. A $500K IRA could mean a six-figure tax bill. Comment below and our team will show you how to protect it. 👇

Thinking about giving your house to your kids before a nursing home? Medicaid looks back 5 years and penalizes every transfer they find — leaving you to pay out of pocket for years. Comment below and our team will help you plan the right way, while there's still time. 👇

The pension decision you make on your last day of work can leave your spouse with zero income when you're gone — and you can never change it later. Comment below and our team will walk you through what your options actually mean. 👇

Do your kids inherit your debt? Not directly — but debt attached to your home, car, or business comes with it. And if your estate owes more than it owns, creditors can claim it before your family sees a dollar. Comment below to get your situation reviewed. 👇

If your child has a disability and inherits money directly, they could lose Medicaid, SSI, and every benefit they depend on — over just $2,000. A special needs trust protects it all. Comment below if this applies to your family. 👇

🚨 If you own Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any cryptocurrency — read this carefully.
If your family doesn't have your private key — that money is gone the day you die.
Not frozen. Not in probate. Not delayed.
Gone. Forever. 💸
Here's why this is different from every other asset 👇
❌ Cryptocurrency has no customer service line
❌ There is no bank to call
❌ No court order unlocks it
❌ No attorney can recover it
❌ No judge can override the blockchain
If the private key isn't documented and secured somewhere your family can physically access — that wallet is sealed permanently.
I've personally watched families lose six-figure crypto holdings — money that existed, money that was real, money that was theirs — because there was no plan in place.
And unlike a frozen bank account that gets untangled in probate court —
The blockchain doesn't care about a judge's order.
Your family needs the key.
Not someday. Now.
💬 Comment the word CRYPTO below — our team will personally reach out and walk you through how to protect every asset you own, including your digital ones.

👉 Tag a crypto holder who has never thought about this. This is the conversation the crypto community is NOT having — and it needs to start now.

The day your child turns 18, you legally lose the right to speak to their doctor or access their finances — even in an emergency. Most parents find out during a crisis. One document changes everything. Comment below if this applies to your family. 👇

🚨 Thousands of people have a trust sitting in a drawer that protects exactly nothing.
Not because they didn't try. Not because they skipped the attorney.
Because they signed the document — and stopped there.
I call it The Empty Trust Problem. 👇
Here's exactly how it happens:
✅ The attorney drafts the trust
✅ The client signs it
✅ Everyone leaves the office feeling like something was accomplished
Then the client passes away.
And the trust — the one they paid for, signed, and filed away — had no assets inside it.
❌ The house was still titled in their personal name
❌ The bank accounts were still in their personal name
❌ The investment accounts were still in their personal name
So everything went straight to probate court anyway.
As if the trust had never been created.
Here's what nobody told them — and what most attorneys never explain:
The document alone does nothing. The funding does.
Funding means moving your assets — your house, your accounts, your property — into the trust after it's signed. That second step is the only step that actually protects your family.
And most people never complete it — because nobody ever told them they had to.
💬 Comment the word TRUST below and our team will reach out to make sure your plan is actually doing what you think it's doing.

👉 If you have a trust, tag your spouse. One of you needs to read this right now. This is more common than anyone admits.
