I have learned the profound importance in having and maintaining accurate data, establishing proper and effective processes that can be scaled and duplicated, establishing targets, maintaining discipline and have a sound financial understanding in your realm of influence. Having always had a passion for learning and improving my skill sets I have an even greater passion to teach others how these things have helped and more importantly how they can help them. My why, on the simplest level, is to help people in the trades understand their potential and achieve success. I firmly believe that even though there are principles and processes that can be implemented in almost every company, a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach is not the most effective approach.
