When I started my tax business 25 years ago, I thought success meant one thing:
Work harder.

Take more calls.
Answer more emails.

So that's exactly what I did.

I wasn't building a business.
I was building a job that depended entirely on me.
After serving 700+ clients and spending decades in this industry, I learned a lesson that changed everything:
Being great at taxes is not the same as being great at building a business.
Most tax professionals spend years mastering tax law, compliance, and preparation.
But nobody teaches them how to create systems.
How to scale.
How to lead.
How to build something that grows beyond them.
That realization changed the trajectory of my business—and it's the reason we're building something special for tax professionals who want more than another busy tax season.
