Just prepared a return for a client with the new No Tax on Overtime. as part of the One Big Beautiful Bill Tax Law changes.

If you or your spouse are paid hourly, make sure to include your final paystub along with your W-2 when giving tax info to your tax preparer. There's no requirement in 2025 that the W-2 list out the overtime amount and in the case today I had, it was not.
