Beware of these scams.

The New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) of the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department will never contact you via text or email for an unpaid traffic violation.

New Mexico also does not have any toll roads.

These are scams, do not click on the links or copy and paste the link into an internet browser. Delete the text or email and do not share any personal information.

Scammers tend to use scare tactics or enforcement actions to get an individual to follow their requests. The end result is fraudsters stealing personal and financial information.

Ignore and delete these messages.
