Friendly reminder. Beneficial Ownership Reports (FinCen) are required to be completed by December 31 2024. We can help you file these required reports on time please give us a call at the office 281-719-5312 or email me [email protected]. Time is of the essence with these reports as they are mandatory for any entity that is an LLC or Inc. Fines are steep for non compliance
