What happens when you combine an analytical mindset, a love of learning, & a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives?

For Shilpa Gangisetty, it led her to a career in financial services. & today, we're excited to welcome her to the FGP Collective. 🎉

When reflecting on her journey, Shilpa shared:

Tonight, millions of people will tune in to watch the U.S. take on Belgium.

For most fans, the focus is on the goals, the saves, & the moments that make headlines.

But the real story started long before kickoff.

In preparation no one celebrated.
In the countless small decisions that built confidence before the pressure arrived.

Because when the stakes are highest, you don't suddenly become prepared.

You reveal how prepared you already were.
