**Morning tax tip: Check your withholding now, not in April ☀️💥**

Got a few months left in the year? That's your window to fix your paycheck withholding. If you got a big refund (or a surprise bill) last year, update your W-4 with your employer now so the rest of 2026 pays out the right amount.

Quick check: add up what's been withheld so far, compare it to your expected tax for the year, and adjust before December.

There are still about 10 weeks left in the year, which means there's still time to lower your tax bill. A few things to look at before December 31:

✅ Max out retirement contributions (401k, IRA, SEP)
✅ Review your income and deductions so there are no April surprises
✅ Gather receipts for business expenses and charitable giving
✅ Make any equipment purchases you've been planning

Tax season will be here before we know it, and the best time to get ahead is NOW. 📂

Tip: Start a "tax folder" today (paper or digital). Every time a W-2, 1099, receipt, or donation record comes in, drop it in. Come filing time, you'll save hours and avoid missing deductions you've earned!
