I am known as the bookkeeper who is not afraid of your shoebox.
Yes, that shoebox. The one with the crumpled receipts, the napkin with a number on it, and possibly a stray Goldfish cracker. I've seen worse. I've seen a "filing system" that was technically just a tote bag. We do not judge tote bags here.
Look, you didn't start your business because you love QuickBooks. You started it because you're great at the thing you do. The books became that chore you'd rather do literally anything else than face. (Reorganizing the garage? Suddenly appealing.)
