Ready for an income stream you can make in your sleep? πŸ”‘

There is a massive difference between using an insurance license for yourself versus letting a corporate agency pay you a fraction of your worth to use it for theirs. If you’ve been looking for a real blueprint to true independence, this is it.

I am hosting workshop to show you exactly how to become an independent health insurance broker, get appointed directly with major carriers, and build a stream of residual incomeβ€”not just from the ACA, but from the entire health market (including Medicare, Group, and Ancillary products).

Here is a snippet of what we are breaking down:

The State Licensing Blueprint: The exact path to becoming a certified Health Insurance Advisor.

Cutting Out the Middleman: How to promote yourself and sign up directly with the top insurance companies to sell.

The Monthly Residual Math: How commissions actually work and how to create an income stream that pays you month after month, even when you aren't working.

Client Attraction: Easy, low-cost marketing strategies to scale your advisory services fast.

This is a live introduction workshop, which is why seats are just $27.

πŸ“… Choose your date: Friday, July 31st OR Saturday, August 1st (Includes a live Q&A with me).

Ready to unlock your monthly recurring income and be your own broker?

We are officially past the halfway mark of the year, which means it’s the absolute perfect time for a quick tax health check. Waiting until April to find out you owe money is a trap you can easily avoid.

Depending on how you make your money, here is exactly what you need to look at this week:

πŸ‘₯ For W-2 Employees: Check Your Withholdings
If you receive a regular paycheck, your employer takes out federal taxes based on the Form W-4 you filled out when you were hired. But life changes! If you got married, had a baby, kids moved out or changed income brackets, your withholding might be completely off.

The Goal: Make sure the "right" amount is coming out.

Why it matters: If you withhold too little, you face an unexpected tax bill and penalties next spring. If you withhold too much, you’re shrinking your take-home pay when that cash could be working for you right now.

What to do: Grab your most recent pay stub and jump on the IRS Tax Withholding Estimator online to see exactly where you stand.
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-withholding-estimator

πŸ’Ό For the Self-Employed & Solopreneurs: Mind the 15.3%
If you are running your own business as a Sole Proprietor or single-member LLC, you aren't just paying standard income taxβ€”you are also on the hook for the 15.3% Self-Employment Tax (which covers Social Security and Medicare).

Because you are both the employer and the employee, you pay the full amount on your net business earnings. As your business grows, that 15.3% chunk can become a heavy financial burden.

The Growth Strategy: Consider an S Corporation (S-Corp) structure.

How it saves you money: Once your business hits a certain profit threshold, transitioning to an S-Corp allows you to pay yourself a "reasonable salary".

What to do: Look at your net profit numbers from the first half of this year. If your net earnings are steadily climbing, it’s time to run a structural analysis.

The Bottom Line: Tax planning is an all-year game, not a springtime scramble. Taking 20 minutes to review your structure or your paycheck now ensures there are no ugly surprises on your next return.

πŸ“Š Unsure if an S-Corp makes sense for your business, or need help adjusting your W-4 properly? Let's get ahead of it together.

πŸ’° Don't owe a big tax bill next April β€” pay estimated taxes quarterly!
If you're self-employed, a 1099 worker, landlord, or have any income without taxes withheld, the IRS expects you to pay as you go β€” 4 times a year. Here's how:
Step 1: Estimate your income for the year and subtract your deductions.
Step 2: Use the 2026 Tax Rate Schedules to find your bracket (Single, Married, Head of Household, etc.) and calculate what you'll owe.
Step 3: Divide that number by 4 β€” that's your quarterly payment.
πŸ“… 2026 due dates:
Q1 β†’ April 15 | Q2 β†’ June 16 | Q3 β†’ Sept 15 | Q4 β†’ Jan 15, 2027
How to pay: Go to irs.gov/payments and use IRS Direct Pay β€” it's free, fast, and no account needed. You can also use the IRS2Go app or mail a check with Form 1040-ES.
Pro tip: As long as you pay at least 90% of what you owe this year (or 100% of last year's tax), you avoid underpayment penalties entirely!
Share this with someone who doesn't know about estimated taxes β€” it could save them a lot of stress! πŸ™Œ

πŸ’‘ Owe the IRS? You have options β€” and we can help you understand them.

The IRS offers payment plans so you don't have to pay your full tax bill all at once. Here's a quick breakdown:

πŸ“Œ SHORT-TERM PLAN (up to 180 days)
For balances under $100,000 in combined tax, penalties & interest. Pay in full within 180 days.

πŸ“Œ LONG-TERM PLAN (monthly payments)
For balances under $50,000. Pay monthly for up to the collection statute β€” usually up to 10 years.

⚠️ Note: The longer you take to pay, the more interest and penalties may accrue. Once approved, your account is protected from IRS enforcement while your plan stays in good standing.

Don't qualify for a standard plan? You may still have options:
🀝 Offer in Compromise β€” settle your tax debt for less than the full amount owed, if you qualify.
⏸️ Temporary Delay β€” the IRS may pause collection if you're unable to pay right now.

That's where Chime In Consults comes in. We help you sort through your options, understand the IRS process, and figure out the right next step for your situation β€” before you submit anything or pick up the phone. Don't navigate this alone. Reach out and let's talk.

Did the IRS just send you a letter asking why you didn't file your taxes?

That's called a CP59 notice β€” and it's the IRS's first warning that they have no record of your tax return.

Here's what you need to know right now:

1. Ignoring this letter won't make it go away β€” the IRS will send more, and the next ones are worse.
2. If you keep ignoring it, the IRS will file a return FOR YOU β€” with zero deductions and the highest possible tax bill.
3. Penalties and interest are already building. The longer you wait, the more you owe.

The good news? A CP59 is still early. There's time to respond properly, file your return, and protect yourself β€” but you need to act NOW.

As an IRS Enrolled Agent, I represent taxpayers directly before the IRS. I've helped clients in this exact situation resolve their issues, get compliant, and avoid the worst penalties.

If you or someone you know received a CP59 β€” don't panic, but don't wait either.
