It’s better to go 1 mile deep and 3 inches wide than 1 mile wide and 3 inches deep.

We met with one of our clients today from the plumbing industry for a review of their finances. They’ve been running Profit First for about a year now, and they were so proud that they could identify every expense for the year before—what is was for and where it went. They finally felt like they were being 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆.
