The Loudoun Estate Planning Council (LEPC) is a non-profit organization located in Loudoun County, Virginia dedicated to educating the public on the importance of estate planning. We offer members a forum to network, stay up-to-date on emerging topics of interest, complete continuing education requirements and give back to our community through various initiatives. The Loudoun Estate Planning Council is a component of the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties, a 501(c)3. LEPC was founded in October 2013 to provide estate planning professionals in Loudoun County with a local organization dedicated to educating the public on the importance of estate planning. Founding members realized a need for the organization to have strong ties to the community with a focus on giving back. A volunteer Board of Directors oversees the presentations, policies, membership process, and community programs. LEPC is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, joining with hundreds of similar community Councils across the U.S. LEPC invites accountants (CPAs), attorneys, trust officers, financial institution professionals (bankers, advisors), development officers, financial planners, insurance professionals, valuation specialists, and charitable giving advisors to join. Non-members are welcome to attend LEPC’s events to learn more about the council prior to joining. Does your practice have the capacity to increase its business? Would networking with colleagues from the estate planning profession enhance the services you are able to offer your clients? Are you interested in supporting charitable and educational programs to advance the values of our collective professions? For more information on joining LEPC, please email [email protected] or visit www.loudounepc.org
