For the first time in a while, it feels like California production is starting to build some real momentum again.

With the expansion of California’s Film & Television Tax Credit Program, we’re seeing projects return home and renewed optimism throughout the industry. The opportunities are there, and it’s exciting to see cameras rolling back in the Golden State. (Reuters)
